We assess your natural lash and brow health first — length, strength, growth direction — and talk through the look you want: soft natural curl or maximum lift, fluffy editorial brows or clean and set. If your lashes need a break before lifting, we'll tell you honestly.

Step 2: Before Your Appointment

Come with clean lashes and brows — no mascara or brow products.

Remove contact lenses before a lash lift (bring your case and solution).

Skip waterproof mascara for 24 hours before — its residue can block the lift.

No need to grow anything out; the treatments work with what you have.

Step 3: Shape & Curl Mapping

For lashes: we choose the rod size that fits YOUR eye shape and lash length — that's what decides natural-vs-dramatic. For brows: we map the set direction so laminated hairs frame your face, shaped by the same artists who do our nano brows.

Step 4: The Lift & Lamination

Gentle setting lotions with carefully watched timing — this is where training matters, because timing is the difference between silky and over-processed. You relax with your eyes closed; many clients nap.

Step 5: Tint & Shape Finish
